Jack and Patti Phillips Presented with Distinguished Contributor Award by the Center for Talent Reporting

The Center for Talent Reporting (CTR) has presented Jack and Patti Phillips with the Distinguished Contributor Award at the 2019 CTR Conference in Dallas, Texas.

The Center for Talent Reporting is pleased to announce that Jack and Patti Phillips are the first recipients of our new Distinguished Contributor Award,โ€ said Dave Vance, executive director of The Center for Talent Reporting. โ€œThis award recognizes their outstanding and significant contributions to our profession for the measurement and management of human capital. Particularly noteworthy are Jackโ€™s groundbreaking 1983 book, Handbook of Training Evaluation, his concepts of isolated impact and ROI, and their implementation of the ROI Methodologyยฎ in more than 70 countries and in all types of organizations. They have forever changed the standard by which investments in human capital are measured.โ€
