ROI Institute Welcomes New Partners to Expand the ROI Methodology’s Global Reach

Birmingham, ALโ€”November 6, 2024. ROI Institute is pleased to announce the addition of new international partners who will play a pivotal role in expanding the global reach and impact of the ROI Methodologyยฎ. These new partners are experts in their respective fields, well-versed in the principles of ROI, and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in their regions.

Meet the New Partners

ROI Institute of Australia, Led by Anthony Dawson, Australia

Anthony Dawson is an award-winning ROI consultant, experienced program manager, and PROSCI Change Practitioner. He helps businesses measure the impact & ROI of their work and helps them deliver the programs and projects that enable the change.

Anthony is an experienced global business leader with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions and impactful outcomes for clients across numerous sectors and industries. This includes over five years with Microsoft Worldwide Learning, leading skill development programs for multiple business units.

Anthony is a Certified ROI Professional (CRP), PROSCI-Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD), and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Advanced Practitioner.

Anthony was awarded the Best Impact/ROI Study Award by ROI Institute in 2021.

EQ Partners, Led by Tetsuya Abe and Yoshinobu Nakamura, Japan

Yoshinobu Nakamura is an executive officer and consultant at EQ Partners Inc. He also works as an advisor for Lilo Panasonic Excel International Co., Ltd., is a part-time instructor, Graduate School of Economics, Tohoku University, part-time instructor, Department of Business Administration, faculty of political science and economics, Tokai University, an invited researcher, Transnational HRM, Research Institute, Waseda University and an auditor for the Intercultural Management Society.

ROI Institute Malaysia, Led by Sunil Hasmukharay and Latha Krishnamoorthy, Malaysia

Sunil Hasmukharayโ€™s work as an international speaker began at age 17 when he was invited to speak at the United Nations. Since then, he has delivered keynotes, conducted trainings, and coached leaders in more than 48 countries. After a decade at PETRONAS managing RM250 billion in projects, he pursued his passion for enriching lives and transforming organizations by becoming the Group CEO of HC Consultants Group.

As a speaker, facilitator, and leadership coach, Sunil focuses on positive organization design, leadership development, and culture transformation using solution-focused approaches, positive psychology, and appreciative inquiry. He has created 250+ interventions that have impacted 250,000+ people globally.

Sunil is a council member of the Malaysia Institute of Human Resources Management and founder of the Malaysia Positive Psychology Association. He also founded the ASEAN Corporate Happiness Culture Community and serves as Malaysia’s ambassador for the European Coaching & Mentoring Council Asia Pacific Region. Sunil contributed to the development of the ISO Standard for Learning & Development, ISO 30422.

Latha Krishnamoorthy began her career as an executive chartered secretary in 2014 after earning the MAICSA Professional Diploma in Corporate Administration. She then completed her BA (Hons) in Commerce and Business Management from Liverpool John Moores University in 2015, transitioning into the banking and financial industry. At American Express, she worked as a senior analyst for over three years. Latha later joined FinTech as a sales operations analyst before becoming a senior partner in learning & development at HC Consultants, where she now serves as country director.

While pursuing her MBA, Latha also completed her HRDF, currently known as HRDCorp Train the Trainer, and was awarded Outstanding Performance by HRDCorp. Latha also completed her National Competency Skills and the Leader as Coach Canadian Council of Professional Certification.

She is a passionate facilitator and coach in psychological safety, positive well-being, and organizational culture who specializes in supporting organizations in building a happier and more positive work culture.

Al Assayel for Development, Led by Nader Al Mallah, Oman

Dr. Nader Al Mallah, a highly accomplished and versatile business expert, boasts over 25 years of extensive experience in management and training across diverse industries. His expertise spans a wide array of sectors, including healthcare, insurance, public relations, marketing, sales, training, business advisory, and mentoring.

In 2003, he was appointed as an advisor to the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, showcasing his influence and contribution to governmental affairs. Nader is also a prolific researcher and author, having authored over 12 published books.

His multidimensional expertise, coupled with his rich background and significant research contributions, positions him as a highly sought-after figure in academic circles and practical applications. This reflects his profound impact in the realms of business and academia.
