ROI Institute Announces 2024 Award Winners

Birmingham, Alabama—April 21, 2025. ROI Institute is pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 ROI Institute Awards. Each year, the awards program honors organizations and individuals who have demonstrated outstanding use of the ROI Methodology® and an exceptional commitment to assessment, measurement, evaluation, and impact and who have driven meaningful change in organizations and communities worldwide.

The 2024 award winners represent a wide range of industries and locations—but all share a common goal: to improve results and demonstrate value. We’re proud to celebrate their work and the example they set for others striving to connect performance to impact.

“We are excited to acknowledge the excellent work of our practitioners, clients, and partners,” said Patti P. Phillips, Ph.D., CEO of ROI Institute. “We’re pleased that our global ROI network has demonstrated remarkable dedication in showcasing the value of their work, the impact of their programs on their organizations, and the benefits delivered to their communities despite facing many challenges. It’s an honor to support and recognize their endeavors.”

“The work of this year’s winners shows that ROI is not just about numbers—it’s about understanding and improving the real-world effects of programs and initiatives,” added Jack J. Phillips, Ph.D., chairman of ROI Institute. “These individuals and organizations have gone beyond measurement; they have used data to influence change, maximize resources, and deliver results that matter. We appreciate their dedication to advancing this important work.”

Ann Akins, president of ROI Institute, emphasized the importance of this year’s submissions: “Each year, we see more professionals embracing ROI as a tool for driving meaningful progress. This year’s nominations reflect a growing commitment to using measurement not only to track success but also to improve programs and deliver greater value. We congratulate everyone who participated.”

“It is rewarding to have the opportunity to recognize the individuals, groups, and organizations who have contributed to the evaluation, measurement, and ROI fields,” said Hope Nicholas, director of publications at ROI Institute and chair of ROI Institute Awards Selection Committee. “This year’s submissions were of the highest quality, and we thank those who submitted nominations and wish them the very best with their continued ROI endeavors.”
