ROI in Healthcare: How to Deliver Results That Executives (and Others) Will Love
June 24, 2025
1:30 pm – 2:30 pm Central Time
Healthcare organizations continue to invest heavily in programs designed to improve patient outcomes, enhance staff well-being, and streamline operations. Yet, many program owners and managers struggle to show the value of these initiatives.
This one-hour live virtual session is tailored for healthcare professionals who need to move beyond simply reporting activity and start proving real impact. It presents a structured approach to evaluation using five levels of outcome data—including impact and ROI—key metrics that healthcare executives and stakeholders care about most.
Participants will explore how to define and deliver value in a healthcare setting, understand the metrics that matter to leadership, and review real-world examples of how healthcare programs have been effectively measured and communicated.
After attending this session, participants should be able to:
- List the data sets possible from healthcare programs by categories, including ROI.
- Identify the categories that are desired by top executives and other key stakeholders.
- Explain how these measures are derived and developed.
- Pursue a plan to measure results and communicate results to different audiences.
