Protecting Your Budget in an
Uncertain Economy

February 5, 2025 11:30 AM 12:30 PM CT

Economic uncertainty often brings budget cuts and funding challenges, especially for government entities. To secure funding for your programs—whether they’re ongoing or new initiatives—it’s critical to demonstrate their value in measurable terms. Value should be more than just activities; it means proving the program’s impact and even its Return on Investment (ROI) for significant initiatives. Showing that the program delivers more value than it costs positions it as a smart, worthwhile investment in the eyes of funders and senior leadership.

Here’s the key question: Do senior leaders in your organization see your projects and programs as a cost or an investment?

If they are viewed as a cost, they will be frozen, reduced, or eliminated, making it difficult to secure funding and support for program success. If programs are seen as investments, they will be maintained, enhanced, supported, and even championed by leadership. Demonstrating impact and ROI is the surest way to shift perceptions and secure support. The ROI Methodology is the proven method for measuring impact and ROI.

In this webinar, you will learn how the ROI Methodology is being used worldwide to form and support funding strategies for programs and projects, particularly in the public sector. Using examples, case studies, and their experiences, the facilitators will show you practical steps to use impact and ROI data to optimize your programs and secure future funding.

Join us to discover how the ROI Methodology can help you protect your budget, secure support, and elevate the value of your programs in today’s challenging economic environment.
