He serves as Group CEO of HC Consultants Group, with operations headquartered in Singapore and Malaysia, and is also the Director of ROI Institute Malaysia.

With over 20 years of experience across Fortune 100 corporations, government-linked companies, and SMEs, Sunil has impacted over 350,000 professionals through more than 2,500 tailored interventions spanning Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. His work integrates positive psychology, solution-focused coaching, Appreciative Inquiry, and ROI-based performance frameworks to drive measurable organizational results. Sunil began his career at PETRONAS, where he spent over a decade leading large-scale governance, benchmarking, and risk management initiatives. He was instrumental in shaping the PETRONAS Project Management Processes, and was the youngest member of the Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) Risk & Governance Advisory Taskforce, overseeing risk strategy for a RM120 billion project.
