Mr. Sunil Hasmukharay is a globally respected thought leader, keynote speaker, and transformation strategist specializing in leadership development, organizational design, change management, and corporate culture innovation. He serves as Group CEO of HC Consultants Group, with operations headquartered in Singapore and Malaysia, and is also the Director of ROI Institute Malaysia.
With over 20 years of experience across Fortune 100 corporations, government-linked companies, and SMEs, Sunil has impacted over 350,000 professionals through more than 2,500 tailored interventions spanning Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. His work integrates positive psychology, solution-focused coaching, Appreciative Inquiry, and ROI-based performance frameworks to drive measurable organizational results. One of his most notable transformations was reversing a €15M annual loss into a €25M profit within 18 months by reengineering leadership, culture, and strategic alignment.
Sunil began his career at PETRONAS, where he spent over a decade leading large-scale governance, benchmarking, and risk management initiatives. He was instrumental in shaping the PETRONAS Project Management Processes, and was the youngest member of the Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) Risk & Governance Advisory Taskforce, overseeing risk strategy for a RM120 billion project.
Sunil holds multiple international certifications including Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi), Professional Certified Coach (PCC – ICF), and Senior Practitioner (SP – EMCC).
