July 10, 2024 | 11 am to Noon CT
This webinar is the first session in the TDRp series, and will provide an overview of TDRP, laying the foundation for the remaining sessions. During the live webinar, we will explore the reasons to have a measurement and reporting strategy. Next, we will share the Talent Development Reporting Principles (TDRp) framework and introduce the key elements, including the four essential reasons for measuring, the three types of measures, and the five types of reports. We will discuss the benefits of a framework. Last, we will introduce you to the new ISO standard for L&D metrics, which incorporates the TDRP framework. Join us to determine if TDRP and the new ISO standard would be useful for your organization.
